- EditMax is not liable or responsible for any damage to computer hardware or software arising from the distribution of a computer virus.
- EditMax is not responsible for service delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as technical problems that are beyond our control.
- The information contained in documents written or edited by EditMax may contain views and opinions that are not those of EditMax. As such, EditMax accepts no responsibility for and excludes all liability in connection with use of information from documents edited or written by EditMax, including but not limited to any misleading or defamatory statements.

- All documents are edited or written according to diligent EditMax standards of excellence. However, EditMax provides no guarantee that all work will be error-free.
- Amendments will be made on texts edited or written by EditMax as long as they are in line with the original brief of the client and upon the discretion of the EditMax Managing Director. EditMax has the right to refuse amendments if the Managing Director concludes that they are in breach of the original brief in any way.
- Fees are fully refunded if the client shows to the satisfaction of the EditMax Managing Director that the original client brief was not met.
- The client must provide true and accurate information regarding name, address, e-mail address, phone number and payment details. Failure to provide accurate information will result in refusal of service. The client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, as well as legal liability, resulting from false information. All information submitted by the client is confidential.
- EditMax is not liable for the fraudulent use of any credit card or other payment method that may be used on this website.
- EditMax reserves the right to discontinue or terminate operation of its services without notice at any time and for any reason.
- The terms and conditions of use of EditMax may be modified, amended, reorganized, rewritten, or revoked at any time, for any reason and without notice.
- In the event of a client violating any or all of the terms and conditions mentioned above, EditMax reserves the right to terminate all service and contractual obligations with the client.
EditMax reserves the right to refuse service for any reason and without explanation.
